The Duke's COACHING STAFF is in one word, INCREDIBLE.  As a Combined Group, they have OVER 300 years of COACHING EXPERIENCE and that Depth of COACHING TALENT is only GROWING as Duke's Alums who have Matriculated through the Duke's Programs are Returning to Teach and Coach.  Returning Alums Offer a Unique Perspective on WHO WE ARE. They bring back the Lessons of their College Experience and Combine it with their Learned Duke's Experience.  This Allows them to Integrate that Higher Level of College Competition and Experience with their Duke's Experience. That in turn Provides a Balance and a Continuing Foundation to Mold Players and Perpetuate the Rich History and Tradition of their Duke's Experience.

Chris Fallon [Assistant Coach--Head Defensive Coach]


Former player on two state championship lacrosse teams at The Episcopal Academy. Former player at University of Notre Dame on three Great Western Lacrosse League Championship teams. During his junior year, the Fighting Irish made it to the NCAA Final Four. Coach Fallon is an Assistant Coach with Duke's High School Lacrosse Club.



Joe Vetrone [Assistant Coach & Goalie Coach]

Former Player at Springfield High School, Philadelphia Lax Club, Keystone Lax Club & Pa Lax Club. Co-Founded the Avon Grove Youth Lacrosse program. Served as V.P. of Chester County Youth Lax for 2 years.  Former Assistant Coach at Springfield High School 74-76. Former Springfield AA Lax 77-79.  Former Unionville Youth Lax 2000-2005.  Former Assistant coach at Avon Grove High 2005-2007.  Former Coach Falcons Lacrosse club 2006 & 2007. Former Assistant at Duke's High School Club.  Former Avon Grove Wildcats Youth Lax.

Bruce Vosburgh [Assistant Coach]


Former Henderson HS and University of Delaware lacrosse player.  Former Captain and MVP University of Delaware, 1976. Founder of Unionville Recreation Association Boys and Girls lacrosse programs. Founder Unionville High School and Patton Middle School boys lacrosse programs.  Former Unionville HS Head Coach 1980-1992. Current volunteer assistant coach at UHS since 2005.



Evan Bohner [Assistant Coach]


Former defenseman at Conestoga High School (09). Team won Central league championship, District 1 championship, and appeared in the PIAA state championship game in 2009. Former defensive coordinator at Upper Merion High School. Team won Suburban One-American conference championship in 2010. Former coach Conestoga Youth Lacrosse (05-08). Team appeared in 2006 CCLA championship game.  Current Assistant coach St. Josephs Prep.



Sean Evans [Assistant Coach--Offensive Coordinator Freshmen Team]


Former attack/midfielder at West Chester Henderson/Duke's LC (06). Led W.C. Henderson to two Suburban League Championships. He was selected 3x First Team All-Suburban (Ches-mont), 2x First Team All-Area and All-State, and earned U.S. Lacrosse All-American Honors in his senior year. Evans was also the Suburban League MVP, All-Area Player of the Year, and was selected to the U.S. Lacrosse Senior Showcase in St. Louis, Missouri. He stands first in Henderson history with 326 career points. He attended Towson University before transferring to St. Joseph’s University in 2007. As a sophomore he faced-off and played on the first midfield line. Coach Evans then moved to attack and led the team in scoring/points in his junior and senior years. At Saint Joseph’s Coach Evans was a captain, and was named Offensive Player of the Year as junior and Most Valuable Player as a senior. Currently Coach Evans is an assistant Coach at West Chester Henderson.



Paul Mita [Assistant Coach]


Former attackman at Conestoga High School (2009) & Villanova University player. Team won Central league championships in 2007 & 2009, District 1 championship 2009, and appeared in the PIAA state championship in 2009. Received, 2nd team All Central League 2008 & 2009. Played Division I lacrosse at Villanova University (2013).  Former Volunteer assistant coach at Upper Merion High School 2010-2012. Team won Suburban One- American conference championship 2010.  Former assistant coach on multiple Conestoga Youth Lacrosse teams.  Former St. Josephs Prep assistant coach.  Current Cabrini volunteer assistant coach.



Scott Cullinan  [Assistant Coach)


Former attackmen at West Chester East 2007, two time all league selection.  Former Dukes player 2004-2007.   Former 4 year starter at attack for Saint Josephs University 2008-2011.  Selected to prestigious North/South All Star game.  Current offensive coordinator Downingtown East.

Desi Gonzalez [Duke's North--Head Coach; Offensive Coordinator]


Current Head Coach at Emmaus HS

Former Sachem HS (NY), Onondaga Community College & Limestone College player.

Attended Limestone College from 2011 to 2012 where he helped the saints to a NCAA Division 2 final four and National Championship game. Named all conference teams both years attended as well as a couple of conference players of the week awards.

Attended Onondaga Community College from 2009-2010 where he helped Onondaga to 2 NJCAA National Championships and undefeated seasons. Was awarded All- Tournament team both years in NJCAA Playoffs.


After his career ended at Limestone College he took on the offensive coordinator role at Emmaus High School his alma mater. Helped the Hornets to back-to-back District XI Championships advancing to the state tournament.

After Emmaus he took over the Head coaching position at Southern Lehigh High school. Where in his two years there broke the single regular season wining record as brought them to their first and 2nd appearance in the District XI title games.  Coach Gonzalez led Southern Lehigh to the programs first ever district title in 2016 season. After these seasons being awarded two-time coach of the year, as well as coaching staff of the year, and morning calls team of the year.
