MDLX Events will adhere to CDC, State, County and Venue Covid Guidelines. We may update this document as rules change.

Expect the following basic operating policies and standards at each MDLX event until further notice:

● All spectators must always wear a mask or face covering.

● If there is a maximum person per gathering per location or field, we will adjust field access to stay within those limits. This may require parents to stay OFF the sidelines.

● Team benches and water coolers will not be provided.

● Players, coaches, referees, and event staff will wear masks when they are not on the playing field. They will not wear during warmups or play.

● Spectators must always be socially distanced by keeping 6ft apart (while wearing masks).

● Spectators may be assigned to watch games in person in designated areas off or away from the field sidelines.

● We encourage one parent/guardian per player. We also encourage carpools to keep crowds lower.

● Team tents ARE permitted for shade use for players and coaches. No mingling in other tents.

● All athletes, coaches and spectators must conduct daily symptom assessments (self-evaluation). Anyone experiencing symptoms must stay home.

● Hand sanitizer stations will be available, but we encourage you to bring your own.

● Constant disinfecting and cleaning of restrooms will occur.

GAMES & FORMAT
The one day tournament will guarantee three games with an additional championship game in each division. Space is limited to 24 teams in three divisions (2022, 2023, and 2024/2025).

GAME RULES
Game rules will be posted on Tourney Machine.

CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZES & AWARDS
Custom MadGear apparel and/or medals for all championship teams. 
All Tournament Team and All Star game.
